چکیده
The red root of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, a famous traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), was caused by tanshinone in epidermis cells. In order to study the biological function ncRNAs synthesis, expression patterns mRNA and were comprehensively analyzed (high content) white (low tissues derived from same plant. A total 731 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) mainly enriched primary metabolic pathways such as galactose nitrogen, some secondary phenylpropanoid terpenoids. 70 miRNAs, 48 lncRNAs, 26 circRNAs identified (DE) ones. enrichment pathway targets DE-lncRNA ribosome, carbon metabolism, plant hormone signal transduction, glycerophospholipid metabolism. 59 miRNAs combined with DE-circRNAs involved plant–pathogen interaction, endocytosis, biosynthesis, sesquiterpenoid triterpenoid biosynthesis pathways. Most synthesis had higher expression. Some predicted regulate several key enzyme pathway, SmDXS2, SmGGPPS1, SmKSL. Furthermore, most target related resistance pathogens. present exhibited tissue-specific ncRNAs, which would provide basis for further research into regulation mechanism process.

Background: Ovarian cancer is the most fatal tumor of female's reproductive system, and several genetics and environmental factors are involved in its development. Various studies have already identified suitable biomarkers to facilitate the early detection, prognosis evaluation, and the assessment of treatment response. However, the aim of this review was to investigate the role of long non-co...

Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Polyploidy is one of the main factors in plant adaptation that can increase secondary metabolites production in plants. Salvia officinalis L. is a perennial plant from the Lamiaceae family with a long history of use in the medicinal industry. Tanshinones are crucial active compounds biosynthesized in Salvia. This study was aimed to analyze the expr...
متن کاملGenome-wide identification and characterization of novel genes involved in terpenoid biosynthesis in Salvia miltiorrhiza
Terpenoids are the largest class of plant secondary metabolites and have attracted widespread interest. Salvia miltiorrhiza, belonging to the largest and most widely distributed genus in the mint family, is a model medicinal plant with great economic and medicinal value. Diterpenoid tanshinones are the major lipophilic bioactive components in S. miltiorrhiza. Systematic analysis of genes involv...
متن کاملGenome-wide identification of non-coding RNAs interacted with microRNAs in soybean
A wide range of RNA species interacting with microRNAs (miRNAs) form a complex gene regulation network and play vital roles in diverse biological processes. In this study, we performed a genome-wide identification of endogenous target mimics (eTMs) for miRNAs and phased-siRNA-producing loci (PHAS) in soybean with a focus on those involved in lipid metabolism. The results showed that a large num...
